40 Days of Intentional Living

Some days the idea of just being yourself is so overwhleming. You have been so mind-bogglingly conditioned to live and think a certain way; to believe peace and joy are unattainable, or only for the lucky few. Sometimes, living in that mold is enough, sometimes it is not. We are here to explore, together, what it looks like when you are ready to step outside that mold. To live a fully intentional, un-conditioned life, led from your Inner Being, your heart, soul, inner wisdom/knowing, God, source, spirit, WhateverYouWantToCallIt; when you are ready to believe peace and joy may be for you.

So what does an Intentional Living Program even mean?

Week 3

Here we refine your practice. What do you like, not like. What would you keep, do you like routine, or follow between different modalities.

Week 5

Let’s move out all that stale energy, whatever is not serving you! The shoulds, the practices you do not like, the rigid beliefs about “you must practice this way to [reach enlightenment, be happy, be fulfilled, etc]”.

Here you will find the daily outline of what modality or practice you will learn over the 40 days. You will see that we have kept our daily commitment minimal, starting at only 3 minutes. It does not take hours a day to make a difference!

Week 1

This is an introduction to the concept of living with intention. Why would you want to? It includes a brief intro to the modalities that best helped me learn how to live in alignment. Some you may know, some you may not, and some have been distilled into the most basic sense to make it more adaptable for daily living.

Week 2

Is all about building your practice. What modalities do you like? How would you incorporate them?

Week 4

Sometime times you need a reminder to make time for yourself. Sometimes you need to start again. We are here to support you in whichever your path entails.

Week 6

Explore your Intentional Living, if you were following your Intuition, how would you move through the day? Take that, and leave all the rest - trust me, I will not be offended, I have been there!

This is the distilled down, practical, real world take aways from the spiritual modalities that may be trending right now.
